Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Our Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours (during business days), our skincare specialists will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items Securely

Place the unused products in their original packaging within a secure shipping box. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

4 Ship to Our Facility

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Note: The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing times. Credit card refunds typically appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

Exchanges

We happily exchange products for a different item of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate in your return request that you prefer an exchange and specify the product you’d like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our premium skincare products, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
