Instructions

When applying your moisturiser, try to adopt a ‘dab and tap’ rhythm. Patting your face softly will stimulate the circulation, wake up the complexion and can work to flush out that any toxins that have built up in your lymph nodes. Applying your skincare the right way: 1. The jaw – Apply the moisturiser, working from the chin towards the earlobes, paying particular care to blemishes. 2. The cheeks – Smooth from nose to temples. 3. The forehead – Massage, making smoothing movements from the centre of the face outwards. 4. The final touch – Massage, making circular movements from eyebrows to nose, delicately dabbing with the fingertips around the eye area. Store in a cool and dry place.
